Technique #2. Reverse Wrist Press (Fan Ya Wan, 反壓腕)

Use fan ya wan when your opponent’s hands are on your right arm, pressing it or simply sticking with it.

Situation: Your opponent’s hands are on your right arm, pressing it or simply sticking.

Immediately use your left hand to grab his right wrist and twist it counterclockwise.

Next, step your right leg behind his right leg while using both hands to twist his right wrist strongly.

Finally, continue to control his wrist with your left hand and lock his arm on your stomach area while using your right arm to push the upper back of his head forward to lock his arm.
